Hello Berlin!

What fun! A play from the past makes its way to Berlin as part of an evening of one-acts. Terminal Connection appeared at Theater J in 2001 as part of LOVE AND YEARNING IN THE NOT FOR PROFITS (AND OTHER MARITAL DISTRACTIONS) – one of four works in our series “Sex & Guilt in the Jewish Theatre.” The play featured Kimberly Schraf, Michael Russotto, and Tim Carlin. When TERMINAL CONNECTION first premiere as a one act at HB Playwrights Foundation in 1999 as part of the original “Airport Plays” – it featured the late and wonderful Paula Gruskiewicz and Peter Birkenhead (and, now it dawns on me, the play got expanded to include Cordelia’s husband as it became part of LOVE AND YEARNING…) Here’s a pic from the Theater J production.

And here’s a link to the press release from the Berlin based English-language theater, Play2C. And then, even more priceless, an NPR radio link.
